• Airtime Purchase – Customers with Safaricom numbers can buy airtime for self and other number.
• Mini statement - One can view up to five most recent transactions.
• Funds transfer- Includes use of PesaLink this enables customers to perform bank to bank funds transfers and also customer can do NBK to NBK account transfers.
• Account cash deposit -  Customers can deposit funds into their NBK accounts at any time using PesaLink from other bank accounts. They can also deposit from M‑Pesa via PayBill numbers 625625 or 547700 and Airtel wallets via PayBill numbers 625625 or through till numbers linked to their NBK accounts.
• Alerts - Customers are able to receive SMS alerts for transactions on their accounts.
• Cards - A credit cardholder can view the card statement, balances, make payments to the card and stop card via the App.
• App Self Activation - This service is available on USSD (*625#) for the iOS/Huawei App users for activating the iOS/Huawei NatMobile App.
• Mpesa Float Purchases - Enable mobile banking customers to buy float for M-Pesa agent services.
• NatCash - Mobile banking customers can withdraw cash from any bank agent without using their physical debit card.

How to Download the NatMobile App on Your Phone

Android Phones

• Enable internet connection on your phone
• Go to Google play store or search for NatMobile app on Google play store
• Download then install the application.
• Activate the app using your Mobile phone number and current mobile banking PIN.(What you use for *625#)

Installing NatMobile on Huawei AppGallery

• Enable internet connection on your phone
• Open the AppGallery application on your Huawei device
• Search for the App "NatMobile"
• Select the official NatMobile app from the search results and tap Install or Install Now.
• If prompted, allow installation from unknown sources if the app is being installed via a browser-based download, or simply follow the prompt to install the app from the secure AppGallery

i-Phones

• Enable internet connection on your phone
• Go to App store and search for NatMobile
• Download then install the application.
• Activate the app by dialing *625# enter your current mobile banking PIN (What you use for *625#)
• Select account management option
• Select App Self Activation option
• Code will be sent to the NatMobile registered mobile number
• Enter the code on the App to activate the App
• Follow the steps to sign in to the platform using your Mobile phone number and current mobile banking PIN.(What you use for *625#)
