• Trades processing and settlement: We arrange settlement of any purchases and sales of securities in an efficient and timely manner.
• Income collection: We ensure timely collection of income from assets such as dividends, interest and coupons.
• Reporting: Regularly and periodically, we provide statements and detailed reports on trading activities as well as asset portfolios strictly adhering to the Service Level Agreements to assist and guide your decision-making process.
• Reconciliation: Ensuring that your cash and securities positions are balanced is not enough. We go a mile further to reconcile our positions with those of your investment manager to ensure the portfolio holdings are well captured.
• Compliance monitoring: We ensure that your investments are made in full adherence to the limits stipulated by the regulatory bodies as well as your investment policy statement.
• Central Depository Agency (CDA) services: We facilitate the opening and management of Central Depository Settlement (CDS) accounts for your equities and bonds investments.
