Can staff purchase the plots?

• Yes, the staff are eligible to purchase the plots.

What is the payment arrangement and the process of purchasing the plots?

• Once you have identified an available plot, you confirm your interest by making a deposit of 10% or more of the purchase price.


• We will thereafter issue you with an Offer Letter which should be accepted within 7 days.


• Accepted Offer Letter and evidence of deposit are sent to our Lawyer who will prepare a Sale Agreement for your execution.


• Balance of Purchase Price is cleared within 90 days from the date of execution of the Sale Agreement.


• Once the Lawyer receives confirmation of full purchase price from us, he shall process and issue title deed to you.
