National Bank held its annual Vision Fun Day for its Vision Account holders at the Village Market (Water Park) area on Saturday, 28th November 2009. The day was filled with fun activities for children such as swimming, bouncing castles, mini golf and lots of other games. Artists performing included Eric Omondi, Jimmy Gait and the C-Bash Band among others.
 
The Vision Account has been repackaged and is specifically designed to encourage savings in the children’s market segment. It is set for operation by parents/ guardians on behalf of the child. New product features of the vision product include among others;
 

• Free banker’s cheques for school fees payments

• Attractive interest rates

• Card on birthday

• Free Money Box (Piggy Bank) upon opening of account

• Free standing order to Vision account

• Membership to the Vision account club (Discount arrangement with various suppliers)

• Annual experiential event (Vision Fun-Day)

 
The Bank will continue to add other features to this product to ensure that it remains relevant to the target market.
